At Paws, Packs, & Snacks, every order is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our hands. We take pride in providing high-quality freeze-dried treats and strive to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition.

Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of safety and quality for all customers.

Please note that freeze-dried treats are naturally delicate and may experience minor breakage or crumbling during shipping and handling. While we package our products with care, once a package leaves our facility, shipping conditions are outside of our control.

If your order arrives significantly damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will review each situation individually to determine an appropriate resolution.
